We marched yesterday. It is uplifting to see the unity of people fighting for justice, but it is disheartening to have to fight for basic rights of our fellow citizens. We marched with our kids, our partners, our loved ones. We marched with strangers and sisters. We marched for racial justice, for the rights of black women.
